Welcome to Chaser. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chaser mobile application (the “App”) operated by The Rookies Corner, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Chaser offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features:
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may vary by region based on your App Store or Google Play storefront. Local prices are displayed at the point of purchase before you confirm.
New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial upon selecting a subscription plan. You have full access to premium features during the trial period. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable plan price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) via RevenueCat. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. We do not directly collect, store, or process your payment card information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings:
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.
We do not directly process refunds. All refund requests are governed by the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will be communicated to you in advance through the App or by the applicable app store, and will require your consent before taking effect on your subscription where required by law or platform policy.
If your trial expires without conversion to a paid subscription, or your subscription lapses without renewal, your access to premium features will be restricted. You may resubscribe at any time to restore access.

If you submit events or other content through the App, you grant The Rookies Corner, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content within the App. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.
The App uses your device’s location services (with your permission) to provide location-based features such as nearby shop search, event discovery, and distance calculations. You may disable location services at any time through your device settings. Disabling location services may limit certain features of the App, but you will still be able to search by manually entering a city, zip code, or address.
The App integrates with and may link to third-party services, including but not limited to Google (Places API, Maps), Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, and Expo. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Rookies Corner, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Rookies Corner, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may delete your account at any time through the “Delete Account” option in the Profile screen. Before deleting your account, you must cancel any active subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — deleting your Chaser account does not cancel your subscription. Upon account deletion:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 16 shall survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Rookies Corner, LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms are between you and The Rookies Corner, LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
